New Maven Studio offers in-depth interior design services for both residential and commercial spaces. For the FULL INTERIOR DESIGN service, which includes providing a mood board, schematic design plans, perspectives and working drawings (i.e. layouts, reflected ceiling plans, power layouts, etc.) – we usually charge on a per square meter basis. We also offer ONLINE INTERIOR DESIGN (OID) Service where we provide perspectives and a shopping list to our clients which is charged on a per room basis.

What is included in the full interior design services?
Our full interior design services includes space planning, schematic design plans, rendered perspectives, permit drawings, fabrication drawings, materials and furniture schedule, purchasing as well as coordination with architects, contractors, etc.
What is Online Interior Design (OID)?
Brought on by the pandemic, we started offering this service for those that do not have the time or resources for a full renovation. Charged on a per room basis, this service is provided by New Maven exclusively online. Where we set online meetings to help you revamp your space. Inquire now to know more!
What are the service inclusions in your OID?
At the end of the service period, you will have perspectives with callouts and a shopping list that will help you execute the design at your own pace.
Do you offer build services?
While we can only offer interior design services at the moment. We do have roster of contractors that we have been working with for quite some time now. Once the designs are finalized, we may send this for bidding to our partner contractors, where our client has the option of at least two contractors.

What if I want you to visit the site first before we sign any quotation or move forward?
Not a problem. We can set an ocular with you for a fee. This fee shall be deductible from the contract price later on if you choose to avail of our services (applicable for the Full Interior Design Service only).
What if I am interested in the Online Interior Design service but want the designer to visit the site in order to take measurements?
We can schedule an ocular for you. However, since our OID service is supposed to be done online only, we will charge an ocular fee.
